Costs

Cost does not include:

US Embassy Visa application costs $131 ( £80 approx)

Return flights, (£500-£700 Approximately)

SEVIS application $180

Medical Insurance ($500-$800 approximately)

J1-Visa Minimum insurance requirement: $50,000 per accident or illness, $7,500 for repatriation of remains, $10,000 for medical evacuation, deductible not to exceed $500

Payment Transfer to the USA (if applicable)

Cost of courier to send documents to the USA (if applicable).

 

Payment Schedule

Once you have been accepted by the Host Company you must pay to the host company a deposit of $200. If you are not found a placement within 30 days your deposit will be returned. If you withdraw from the programme or if you accept an interview but then do not accept the offer your deposit will not be returned.

On accepting and signing the offer letter and Host companies application form the remaining balance needs to be paid to the Host company within 7 days or the job offer will be withdrawn.

On signing the Hosts company job offer the full fee must be paid to Ancer Recruitment.
 

Refunds

Host company refunds will depend on each different company.

Ancer Recruitment Refunds-

If Visa application is rejected £195 will be refunded to the applicant.

No refunds to any applicants providing false or fraudulent documentation.

Host Company Programme Fees
 
Host company fee's are between $ 600 up to $ 3000 depending on the lenght of the placement

Programme Fees Include:

Placement in a paid Internship

Administrative cost associated with visa processing

Visa form Processing and Issuing of DS2019 Form

Enrolment into AHA eCampus

SERVLEAD and Service Basics Course Manuals

AHA and AHLA Professional Certification Programme

Orientation and other pre-departure advisory services

Fees do not include:

Medical Insurance

Student Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) fee

Non-Immigrant Visa Application at the US Embassy in your Country

Travel Expense

$100 Special Request Fee

Any applicant with a special request such as “only willing to be placed with a friend” or will only accept a placement in a certain location will be charged an additional $100

Double requests such as “will only travel with a friend to Florida” cannot be accepted

Deposit

Prior to Applicants information being submitted to host resorts for review applicants must submit a $200 deposit.

This fee will be waived in the event that the host company is unable to secure a placement within a reasonable time frame.

If the applicant withdraws from the programme or accepts an interview then does not accept the offer from the resort the deposit will not be returned.

The deposit will still be required if an applicant withdraws from the programme after being accepted by the host company.

 

Programme Packages

Package 1 – The Host Company’s Nation Wide Locations (Hourly Compensation)

Participants earn an hourly rate at the host company’s Nation Wide Locations. As a benefit, participants at the host company Nation Wide Locations pay a down payment in their home country then pay the remaining balance whilst earning money in the USA. Payments are equal to $100 per month. Payments are made via payroll deductions when available. In the event that a host property does not offer payroll deductions the participant pays the host company monthly via credit card or USA bank check. The cost of housing and daily transportation to and from the host site is not included in the hourly package.

Package 2 – Full Service Locations (Stipend Compensation)

At the host company Full Service Locations participants receive a special discounted rate, housing and transportation as part of their compensation package. Programme fee’s are payable 100% up front, the payment plan is not available at these locations due to the reduced programme fee and the compensation package.

The Full Service Programme is only available in Orlando, Florida and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. All other locations fall under the hourly programme. At these 2 locations, housing, utilities transportation and on site the host company management is included as part of the programme. Participants will also receive $400 a month stipend.
