Documents required for this placement

Photocopy of your passport and passport pictures  

College/University Final Completion Certificates and Mark sheets from each year of study.

References from employers to cover the last five years, these must verifiable and on headed paper. They must state your position at the company and the dates employed.
Bank statements or sponsor letter
*** the above papers are required at the registration date prior to the 1st interview with our consultants

Placement Process

- Submit your CV and interest form to G&G Recruitment.

- Schedule and attend telephone interview with G&G Recruitment and Ancer Recruitment

- If successful in initial interview an online application will be made to the host company, for this application you will need to submit your CV with photograph, motivational letter, type of qualification and the date it was earned or reference letters from employers covering the last 5 years.

- An automated email from the host company stating the application has been accepted will be sent to Ancer Recruitment, we will then forward this to the applicant.

- If the application is accepted, an email is sent out outlining the date and time of the host company interview. The interview will last approximately 20 minutes.

 

-An email will be sent to Ancer Recruitment with the result of the interview.

-Applicants will be referred to a Placement specialist. The placement specialist presents CV and photo to host properties, human resource managers and coordinates interview/placement between applicant, Ancer Recruitment and the host property.
-Prior to interview with the host property their specific information is sent to applicant for review. If the applicant is not interested in the host property they MUST decline the interview.

-If the applicant successfully passes the interview with the host property the placement specialist will send the training offer and host company welcome kit via email. The welcome kit will contain an acceptance letter and agreement based on the visa type.

 

At the same time the placement specialist will send a training plan/ placement agreement form (DS 7002) to the host property to complete. This will detail all of the host property information and what they will be training the applicant on. Once they have completed the document they will send it back to the host company.

-Ancer Recruitment will be contacted to coordinate arrival details and answer specific questions.

-Ancer Recruitment will submit the required forms and fees to the host company by the due date listed on the acceptance letter.

-DS 2019 form for the J1 visa is sent to Ancer Recruitment.

-At this stage the applicant will need to attend an appointment at Ancer Recruitments office in Swansea to complete their pre departure orientation.
