Experienced head receptionist required for this very busy quality 4 star hotel. Applicants should be well presented and speak fluent English. Candidate will be required to oversee the day to day running of the reception team and need to have strong man management skills. Duties will also include check guests in and out of the hotel. Deal with phone and email enquiries and any complaints. Candidates must have previous reception management experience within a 4 star property and enthusiasm for their position. Candidates will be required to have a good knowledge of revenue forecasting and occupancy etc. After a period of time duties will also include duty management shifts.
Applicants should be well presented, speak fluent english and have an eye for attention to detail.
